Error while trying to transfer to a new pack on My.Scouting

Hello,
I am trying to transfer my son from one pack to another but keep getting this message " Our apologies, but we are experiencing an error on our end. Please contact your local council to report it.Error: required key [personPositionId] not found required key [registrationId] not found"
I am on a desktop, I tried using chrome, chrome in incognito, and edge as a browser but same message. Using Windows 11, member ID 14811140.

@BrandonQuinn - have you contacted your local council as it say to do ?

Yes, she couldn’t figure it out either. She did log a ticket with the national council but was just checking on here if anyone knew a solution and to make others aware if they were having any issues.

@BrandonQuinn - I have only done transfer of scouts from pack to troop under the same charter org

@BrandonQuinn what is the BSA # of the Scout? You trying to transfer in the same council?

Does the Scout you are trying to transfer have first initial L? This is the only Scout connected to your BSA Member ID. If you are trying to transfer a different Scout then the problem is you are not connected properly and the Council will need to use Registrar Tools to connect you to this Scout.

Thank you for replying. Yes it does start with an L. The local council transferred him manually on their end so the problem is resolved but not sure what was causing the error on the website.
