We have an ongoing issue with several leaders (myself included) where our leader applications get stuck in the state “Pending Action by BSA”. The flow generally starts off normal, and our membership coordinator is able to accept us into the Pack, but then it triggers a status change to “Pending Action by BSA”. I reached out to council and they were able to flip it back to waiting on the unit, but again, once they accept the application it gets back into this status.
I am a leader of both the Troop and Pack at our charter organization, and my Troop application didn’t seem to have any issues.
