Our pack has 2 leaders who recently registered, but their applications aren’t showing up in the Position Manager. How long should it take for their registration to show up?

Does not appear to be registered yet.
This registration is pending, which might mean that it just got approved, and you need to wait 24-48 hours for the overnight process to run. Or you might need to wait until the criminal background check (CBC) is completed.
Thanks! For the one with the pending registration, is there any tool on our side that that allows us to see that they’ve submitted their application and that it’s pending?
For those who have access to the Application Manager, they should be able to see it by clicking on the filter icon, select “Adult”, and check the boxes next to “Closed” and “Completed”. That should give the status of the application.
The filter icon looks kind of like a funnel:
Thanks! So Key 3, Delegates, and Registration Inquiry should all be able to see pending registrations for everyone (adults and youth)?
Also, does the Application Manager also show renewals, or just new registrations?
If the Chartered Org. Rep. (or COR Delegate) has approved the adult’s application, then Key 3, COR Delegate, Key 3 Delegates, and Registration Inquiry should be able to see it. Applications that have been approved should show up when “Completed” is selected.
In the Application Manager, there are also Reports that can be used to see Applications in Progress, etc.
So is my understanding correct then that at this moment, only the COR (or COR Delegate) can see the application? And if so, which tool would that application be showing up in right now?
Sorry, I phrased that poorly.
Key 3, COR Delegate, Key 3 Delegates, and Registration Inquiry should all be able to see it. They might need to use the filter to see it, if it has been approved. The Chartered Org. Rep. (or the COR Delegate) are the only ones who can approve adult applications at the unit level.
What’s the best way to find the status on the registration for these leaders? The registration for 141183008 has processed and is showing up on our roster, but 141129062 still isn’t showing up.
I’m not sure if our Membership/Registration Chair and Registration Inquiry has the right roles to be able to see all registrations and renewals (she can’t even see our roster on my.Scouting), what roles does our COR need to give her so she has full visibility needed to handle our registration and renewal efforts.
141129062 looks like the application has been approved by the COR (or COR Delegate), but you need to wait 24 hours after the application is approved. There might also be some time before the criminal background check is completed and the adult appears on your roster.
This person appears to be a new adult leader, so the person with Registration Inquiry should be able to see the status in the Application Manager. If your pack’s Key 3 (Cubmaster, Chartered Org. Rep., or Committee Chair) wants the membership chair to be able to see the Roster at my.Scouting, they probably need to make that person a Key 3 Delegate.
Curious, I’m not a Key 3 Delegate, but I am able to see the Roster. Are you able to see what role I have that enables me to see it?
So I understand that Key 3 Delegate is probably the one blanket role that will give membership chair the access she needs to more effectively perform her duties (this year’s registration/renewal season has involved a lot of just texting back and forth between her and members that actually have the necessary access).
Aside from giving her Key 3 Delegate (I’m not really sure what our COR’s posture on those delegate roles are given that he gave those roles to the Key 3 instead of actual delegates), do you know what other roles we can assign our membership chair to allow her the necessary access? I’m actually surprised that the Membership Chair functional role doesn’t already unlock them for her.
Are you able to see what roles she has and what else she needs to get the necessary access (ID 136673284)
@etruongcao Are you able to see the Roster at my.Scouting? (not Scoutbook Plus)
Yes, I’m able to see the Roster in my.Scouting
You have the Unit Advancement Chair functional role at my.Scouting.
Not every unit uses the position of New Member Coordinator the same way, so that position is not granted any particular permissions. There is no membership chair functional role at my.Scouting. There is a Key 3 Delegate functional role, which grants access to almost everything. The Registration Inquiry is more limited and view only.
The pack Committee Chair has the option to designate your membership chair as a Key 3 Delegate (Key 3 Delegate). K3Ds have access to almost everything, but they cannot approve adult applications. Adult applications can only be approved by the COR (or COR Delegate).
Ah, ok. So Advancement Chair is what lets me see the roster in my.Scouting.
For our Membership Chair, we should give her Key 3 Delegate (or COR delegate?) to enable her full visibility on all the renewals and registrations.
Yes, Key 3 Delegates have access to almost everything.
It is up to your Committee Chair if they want to provide that level of access.
Is this list of functional roles in the Registration Guidebook out of date:
I’m looking at the 126U role, and I noticed that I can’t even find it in Scoutbook.
Would the K3D be able to see the application/renewal for an adult (but not approve), or does it have to be the COR/COR Delegate?
Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, and Chartered Org. Rep.), Key 3 Delegates, COR Delegate, and Registration Inquiry can see applications.
The only ones who can approve adult applications are the COR (or the COR Delegate).

Thanks, and which roles can see the renewals (both adult and youth)? Is it just Key 3, K3D, and COR Delegate?
