Adult Leader appears incorrectly expired in Scoutbook Plus roster

I have an Assistant Scoutmaster Member ID 13469037, who is incorrectly showing as “Expired 12/31/2024” in the Troop Roster (see attachment 1) in Scoutbook Plus, advancement.scouting.org. However, the member has the correct expiration date of 10/31/2025 in her MyScouting profile (see attachment 2). I’ve reached out to my Council office to get Scoutbook Plus fixed to show the correct expiration date, but even after a hard manual sync, this person is still expired 12/31/2024 in SB+.

How do I get this fixed so that SB+ shows this member as active?
