A member let their membership expire and now I cannot find their information in scoutbook plus, I set the filters to show expired but they still do not show in the roster. How do I resolve this, member id 140931552
This member is past the 60 day grace period. They will have to submit a new registration. If you need assistance with this, contact your Council.
thanks for the info, gotta love the new membership process where the troops now need to keep track of when members signed up and who paid through the website vs through the troop
