We have a leader/parent that renewed their scout’s membership, but the expiration date is (still) showing as 1/31/2026. They renewed back in December, and both my.scouting.org and advancements.scouting.org show the scout as “Renewed” and “This user has renewed their registration”. Scout book Plus shows their expiration date as “future”, however in my.scouting.org it’s shown as 1/31/2026. I had checked last week and I am sure it was showing as 1/31/2027, but now I see it as the previous (now expired) date.
What can I do to confirm the Scout’s reg. is done correctly, and to ease their concerns ? Should I post the scout’s BSA ID here ?
