Scout not showing in ScoutBook Plus but on roster

I reset filters and can see youth when I look at edit Den but not on the dens display or roster view 141118382 is the youth ID.

It looks like someone in the pack may have removed the scout in trying to change dens.

@DonnaSword this should be fixed

I am having the same issue with my oldest son. He shows up on the my.scouting offical roster, however he is not on the roster for Scoutbook Legacy or Scoutbook Plus. His two Explorers Posts show up in my menu (top right menu in SB+), my youngest son in Troop appears in my menu, all of my positions with Troop, Pack, and District show up in my menu, however my oldest son is not there. When my son logs into his own my.scouting account, it does show that I am a connected to him as a Parent/Guardian. His Scout ID is (removed by Moderator). I am using Chrome and I have tried an incognito window. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

@PamelaNelson1 It looks like his membership with one of the posts was renewed, but his multiple memberships with the troop and other post did not renew. Please contact your local council for assistance.

That’s odd. Nothing should be renewed. His one Post expired in October, and we are not renewing that one. He just joined the other Post, and his Troop is procesing his renewal but that doesn’t expire until 12/31. I’ll call them in the morning. Thank you.

@PamelaNelson1 They should all have the same expiration date.

They don’t, though. His Scouts BSA expiration is 12/31 - he was in scouting before the “new unique membership date” change. I am getting the texts and emails that he will expire at the end of the month, but the Troop is handling renewal. He joined Explorers last October 2024 and that expired in October 2025. I am still getting emails and texts that he expired but can still renew as he’s in the 60 day grace period. The other Explorers Post he joined last week.

Right. I’m saying that they are supposed to have the same expiration date, but they don’t.

I’m confused. Why would they have the same expiration dates?

@PamelaNelson1 Because memberships are now individual. His membership with the troop and his membership with the current post (not the former one) should have the same expiration date. The unit renewal for the troop is supposed to be separate.

Ah, ok, that makes sense. Thank you. I thought you meant that all three should have the same membership date. Yes, since the individual membership dates are all at the end of the month the registration done, his new Post should be a 12/31 date as well since I registered him last week. That makes sense now. The Troop is paying for membership renewal for all of their 12/31 scouts, and that will be processed shortly. Hopefully that fixes the issue, but I will call my Council tomorrow. It’s just strange that he’s on the offical roster on my.scouting but not in SB. Thank you for your help.
