134478926 - originally was missing from SB+ roster, i found his Member ID was not associated with the SB account and had it corrected. He showed back up instantly. The leader called back today that the scout disappeared again. She has tried resetting filters, clearing cache, and I am not finding an error. I need help getting him back on the SB+ roster. He does have an active registration.
@JordanSandoe I set a 24hour sync for the scout - VST can achieve this for you also
