One of our Den Leaders (Pack 17 Fitchburg) is now missing from our Scoutbook roster and cannot update advancement. When I try to add her back in by her name, email, or ID, nothing shows up in the search. Her ID is 13293996.

I see no history of any official registration for this user - they need to register as an Adult Leader

My understanding is that Jon Primeau is the registered adult. He and his wife share an email address. Unfortunately, I think in Scoutbook the email address is linked to her although he is the registered Scouter. Can you take a look and see if that matches your records?
