Adult leader not showing in patrol

Hi, I added an adult leader to patrol but he is not showing in the patrol.
Please help.

Patrol: 5B

Adult leader: NM (Active ID: 140951306)
In the past he had to IDs. That might be causing issues. But as Chair I can’t fix it. I really need help.

He looks like he’s in the patrol there. Where is he not showing up?
