Adult leader not showing on SB roster

Our 2023 recharter has been processed but we have an ASM whom is now missing from our SB roster. I can see him in our YPT and Trained Leader reports. Prior he had duplicated accounts but thought that was resolved. Member ID show 13303108 in Council 702(Rainbow). Troop admin so I cannot verify our actual member roster in my.scouting.

Is there something that the unit can do or does there need to be a Council correction?

You might need to wait overnight for everything to sync up.

@JenniferOlinger Thanks so much! The ASM is showing up now in SB. Just for our information was there something incorrect on our end that dropped him out of Scoutbook roster?
