I have enough nights within the last 24 months to be eligible for the OA, but I still show as not eligible.
I am guessing it is because there is no date on when I joined the Troop.
How can this be fixed?
I have removed the screen shot because it contained full names.
The OA eligibility report is supposed to show adults now that the logs for adults are accessible by unit admins. Please send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with you name, BSA Member ID, council and unit along with the URL for the report and the PDF file you can generate from the report. Post the SSD number you receive in the subject of one of the automated replies here and we will get it in front of the developers.
