Adult registration error: Source Council GUID is empty

An adult who served as a Den Leader in China/ Far East Council is trying to register in the National Capital Area Council. He gets an error that says:

Something went wrong
Error Code: Source Council GUID is empty., Message:
Invalid Request

When he looks under Manage Member ID, it says this:

Member ID
12898511
Council
National Council, BSA 000

  • PRIMARY

The National Council is 999, there is no Council 000, and Far East Council is 803.
Who can fix this leader’s profile?

Talk to Council @AnnMacPhail they can send in a National Member Care ticket

It might be because this user does not appear to have a Scoutbook account. I also see no registrations for this user as an adult leader in Far East Council.

Thank you. I always like having backup when I ask our council staff to open a ticket. It seems like a big thing to ask.
