Adult Scouters have multiple positions in Troop

When our CR tried to switch some Adult Registered Scouters from Committee Member to Unit Scouter Reserve, they ended up with both positions. He tried to fix, but couldn’t. Our Council put in a trouble ticket to National in November, but I checked the roster, and they still show both positions.
How can we clean this up?

13952829 and 13497640

Because this is a registration issue, you will need to contact your council and ask them to follow up on their ticket with national. We (Scoutbook User Advisory Council) do not have the tools to end or change registrations.
