We have a Scout in our girl’s Troop who turned 18 in October. She took YPT, and turned in an Adult app, registering as a Unit Participant. Her request for Eagle extension was approved, and she was rechartered. After the first of the year, she disappeared from Scoutbook.
How should this be corrected? I was able to transfer the Scout back into the Troop, but the message said it would not be official until a Youth application was submitted to Council.
Is this a Council issue, or a Scoutbook issue, or both?
Our Troop is up to 37 Scouts, and we probably spend 3 hours a week reconciling issues with missing or duplicate records in Scoutbook.
Please include the Scout’s full name, BSA ID #, unit number, council name, etc.
