Adult with multiple registered youth only sees one

So, we have an adult with two sons in the pack. When he logs into my scouting.org, he only sees his own and his younger son’s registration, so there is no link or place to renew his older son. Scoutbook shows the dad connected as parent for both of them. How can we get his older son linked in to his profile? Thank you!

Dad is 142140277, missing son is 141935462

@MarkGaworecki seeing your scouts is my.scouting is tough. This dad is attached to the scout with a different number.
you can either:

  1. use SB+ to add the dad with this number - go to Scout profile > Relationships > click + > add the dad’s info for this MEmber #
  2. Ask Council Registrar for help in adding the dad.

Okay, I added dad’s number to the son’s profile as a guardian. Once this processes, we’ll see!
