Parent is connected to both scouts but can only have full control on one of the two scouts. He appears to be connected with the same membership ID. On our side, everything looks good and there’s nothing to adjust. Any suggestions?

@LesleyMorrey Unlike Scoutbook (legacy), Scoutbook Plus looks for “Relationships” that are in my.Scouting.
This parent is both “Father of” and “Son of” his Scout with first initial M. The other parent (Mom) is both “Mother of” and “Son of” her Scout with first initial R.
The Relationships need to be fixed by the local council using the Registrar Tool.
