Advancement Approvals pending, but none shown

With the latest update that consolidates approvals, purchasing, etc under the one area in the Roster, I can’t actually see anything that needs approval. There are the little red “badges” that indicate things are awaiting approval, but the list is empty:

I’ve tried multiple browsers, clearing cache, etc. Same behavior.

Is there any workaround/way to fix this? It doesn’t look like I can just go use old Scoutbook, because when I pull up the Needs Approval report there it has everything pending approval from the entire year — as if I had never approved anything (so I guess new Scoutbook and old Scoutbook don’t share approval data?).

I like the new design, in theory. But it doesn’t work.

@MatthewRogers4 Legacy and Scoutbook + are just one Database - have you tried an Incognito window?

I have tried multiple browsers, incognito, and clearing cache.

They share the same database on a lot of things, but apparently not on approvals. I’ve been approving things in Scoutbook+ this year, but when I flip back into Scoutbook and run the “Needs Approval” report there, it shows everything all year for all the scouts as needing approval…including things I’ve already approved and awarded.

Well since I have to buy their awards this week, as a workaround for now I’ve just approved everything in Scoutbook via the old report, then will go through the PO and manually remove things that were already awarded.

The other tabs in Scoutbook Plus (e.g. To Purchase, To Award) appear to be working as expected. It’s just the To Approve tab that wouldn’t show the results properly.

@MatthewRogers4 yeah it is being looked at as it is not understood what is happening
