Blank Needs Approved

This is slightly related to my previous issue already reported: Rank Completion Showing wrong user - #5 by TravisStephens

My notification shows 5 pending approvals (there really aren’t). I go to approvals and it shows nothing there.

Since I believe this relates to my WEBELOS completing rank, let me check one of those.
When I open the scout’s record it shows completed but not approved. After 1-3 seconds, it changes to approved.

Now approved

When I go into the record to check that it has in fact been approved. It lists me as marking complete on 4-21-25 and approved on 4-8-25. As related to my previous ticket post above, I (as the Cubmaster) did not mark complete or approved and most certainly did not travel back in time to approve after it was complete.

Further, I have 6 or 7 WEBELOS that reached rank. Only 1 shows on the roster leaving me with 5 not showing up as having received rank.

A purchase order I created 4-24 lists all 6 as earning WEBELOS rank.

I ran a Cub Scout Recognition Report today. They are missing the WEBELOS Award (which mirrors the roster)

Further anomalies, the Needs Awarding Report only lists 4 of 6.

It mirrors the Needs Awarded. So the two that at the bottom not listed are in this needs approved.

First one has WEBELOS listed in both systems.

264 and 316 are not approved in legacy.

Yeah neither are approved - I would try an Incognito Window I think to see what it shows in SB+

Yes, incognito reflects correctly and approving in legacy cleared it up. Obviously still an issue more than just caching.

No something is in your Cache - have you tried clearing cache or at least a Hard Reset like Shift + Refresh?

Being listed as approved in SB+ (but not on the roster) and having to approve it in Scoutbook but listed in a purchase order (PDF) and not in a recognition report (PDF) would be the weirdest cache issue I’ve ever seen.

Or being approved (by someone else) 12 days before it was completed. Not sure how cache would have affected that.
