Please see attached screenshot. I have an alert under “To Approve” that shows a “1” next to Ranks, and a “1” next to Adventures, but there are “No records to display” under both.
The Needs Approval report in Scoutbook+ is somewhat buggy right now, and I know the SUAC folks have already talked to development about it. The best bet is to use the Needs Approval report in classic Scoutbook for now. You can follow the Change Logs forum for announcements on when updates/bug fixes are released, since Scouting America IT doesn’t publish planned/expected release dates for updates.

There’s a bell in the top right corner of the forum webpage. If you click that, you can select what type of “notice” you want for updates to the forum. You can also set how you get notifications (e.g. notification dot when you’re logged in, emails, etc) under your profile in the discussion forums (click on your avatar in the top right corner, and select the little person icon to get your profile).
@SachinShah - do you happen to have a position in any other unit(s) ?
Yes, I’m a registered leader with a Troop. But Scoutbook Plus is set view as my Cubmaster role.
@SachinShah - change the view to the troop side and what shows there.
A red “3” next to “Ranks” and a red “26” next to “Other Advancements”. In both cases, upon expanding I actually see data, records.
@SachinShah did you try a Shift + Refresh on the page - or other Hard Refresh option?
Yes. Also it appears using two different computers.
@MariaBaker1 - the Scoutbook workaround worked for me. It’ll at least get us through until the underlying bug is fixed.
