I am trying to upload a report to Scoutbook under “Internet Advancement.” I am the Unit Advancement Chair. The Scoutmaster has given me full access using the Connections Manager. Additionally, I have also clicked the red Update button. I have also logged on and off. Despite doing all of this weeks ago, I still do not have access to upload a report. The “Import File” button is still grayed out. What can I do to gain access?

To use internet advancement, you need a key3 member to add the advancement chair functional role in organization security manager.
