I am the Advancement Chair for our Troop. I show as the Chair in Scoutbook plus, but the “import file” button is grayed out for me. Our committee chair is able to access the button and import the advancement file from Troopwebhost. Could you help, please?
I believe - Only the Key 3 can use the 3rd party advancement import - if you are trying to import completions in SB+ - as that is how the old system worked
