Advancement Chair without access to Scouts not in Den

Good Morning,

I am both a Den Leader and Advancement Chair. I previously had access to all scouts to approve Adventures and purchasing, but now I only have access to my Den. My committee chair has attempted to open access to me and it has not worked, wondering if its a settings issue on my end?

Well your UAC position is not current - something is wrong with it or it was made in the last 24 hours. Other than that it seems permissions for advancement should be working for you.

I am a District Advancement Chair and I can’t get access to my advancement reports. I have tried repeatedly through my.scouting and called my Council office and they said it is a National problem.

District leaders have no access to unit reports in Scoutbook.

Your council needs to open a ticket with Scouting IT Member Care to fix your report issue if they feel it is a National problem.
