Even though I am logged in to my account I and not able to download my advancement report. I get a message that says the following: “Please log onto your account and try again, or report this to the forums (81).”
Well your Den Leader in SB expired 2/17 - that might be it @SandraWhite

Thank you for your response. I am the new advancement chair for our Pack. The previous chair changed my primary title from den leader to unit advancement. She is able to enter adventures and download the created advancement report but I am not.
Advancement Chair is a committee position, so you probably need to work with your Committee Chair and Chartered Organization rep to get your registered position updated if you’re not going to be a den leader anymore.
Units generally can do this entirely electronically through the Roster Manager tools at my.scouting, although some chartering organizations don’t permit that and require paper forms.
Make sure a Key 3 member adds the Advancement Chair functional role for you in my.scouting.org. 24 hours later you will have the permissions you need in Scoutbook and Internet Advancement.
