I am trying to print an advancement history report since we last did our COH and this message keeps popping up:
Single Sign On (SSO) is required to run reports. Please login to Scoutbook with your Scoutbook email address, then use the “Switch SSO Profile” option on your Profile page and enter your Scouting.org (my.Scouting) UserName and Password.
There is nowhere on my profile page to “switch SSO profile”. Does anyone know what is causing this issue?
