When I try to print advancement report from internet advancement tool, I get the following error:
Single Sign On (SSO) is required to run reports. Please login to Scoutbook with your Scoutbook email address, then use the “Switch SSO Profile” option on your Profile page and enter your Scouting.org (my.Scouting) UserName and Password.
I cannot find the “Switch SSO Profile” option in my profile page.
How do I get to print my reports? I have done this in the past with no issues.
I figured out the process. It looks like I have to go into scoutbook-> my account->switch to SSO profile and enter my scouting.org login and password. It actually says that in the error message but I did not quire comprehend that I have to login to my scoutbook account. oh well…
