I have a youth a project away from completing Quartermaster rank in Sea Scouts. I was updating advancement for the ship yesterday, and her record is completely gone - advancement, awards, everything. How can that be recovered?
If you post the youth’s BSA ID (no names please!), the SUAC folks may be able to identify the issue and help resolve it.
Yeah advancements do not just disappear - what is BSA #?
