Scout Advancement Missing in SB

Hello,
Our pack was recently cleaned up with recharter and somehow one of our scouts history including all advancements are gone. We did not indicate removal of any sort for this scout and Council cannot figure out what happened. They added him back into our pack, but he has no history (started as a Tiger and is now a Web1), and no parent connections. Help is appreciated as we’re in panic mode to get him fixed.

what is BSA # for the scout and we can take a look - just the #

He is showing as having the following BSA#135123532. I’m not sure if this is the correct one, but can tell you that he started with our council, transferred to another, and then returned.

I am having the same issue, is there any way I can get information on how to fix it as well?
