Lost all cub scout rank and advancement history in Scoutbook

I have two scouts in my den who have lost their cub scout ranks and advancement history in scoutbook. Everything in Scoutbook was fine in December 2021, but something happened in January/February 2022 that deleted everything.

Below are their member IDs (empty records):

I’m sure they they got assigned new IDs and that their old IDs are out in the ether somewhere, but I need help finding them and restoring their accounts to their original standings.

@ChristopherSelby will take a look - the first one it looks like a dad stole the MID - look at the DOB in SB
