I have a scout that completed Tenderfoot and it is recorded and approved and awarded in Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus. I am trying to enter the SMC for 2nd Class and its says tenderfoot requirement 10 is not complete. Yet it is in the system and was done. What is wrong with the system!

The workaround is to unapprove TF and remove the compelteion date, mark Req 10 complete then mark TF complete and approved. At that point you can mark the 2nd Class SMC req.
It’s not letting me edit anything with TF.

Same issue. It appears to be happening because the Tenderfoot Rank was approved with 2016 version. When I went to update 2nd Class Scoutmaster Conference requirement for a Scout it showed the 2nd Class requirement version as the expired 2016 version. When I updated to current 2022 it converted the requirements over to that version, but then reported this problem of Previous rank Scoutmaster Conference not complete when trying to fill in the 2nd Class Requirement #11
Thank you for the details. The developers are aware of the issue of not being able to complete a rank if the previous rank SMC req is blank.
