I have a scout who earned scout rank last year and his rank was marked complete through quick entry, so the individual requirements don’t have dates added. Now I’m trying to complete his Tenderfoot requirements and I’m getting an error that says he has not completed a scoutmaster conference for his previous rank.
I cannot go back and submit the previous requirements as complete, everything is greyed out.
I was able to mark Tenderfoot as complete by entering a final completion date, but the scoutmaster review requirement remains empty.
Is this going to be an issue every time this scout ranks up?
Please let me know how I can fix this.
