I had a Scout complete his Scoutmaster conference for Tenderfoot. When I tried to enter it, an error said his scoutmaster conference for previous rank has not been completed. Scout rank is marked as conpleted and awarded.
@JeffreySargent is the SMC for Tenderfoot marked off? if not just put an old date for it - this is an issue we have asked to be corrected
I have this same problem for the same rank. I cannot put in a date for Tenderfoot as it’s greyed out. Previous Scoutmaster marked rank completion at the rank level, not individual requirement level. So he shows as Scout rank complete in 2024 (and awarded). I had to remove the date complete for Scout rank (unchecking Mark as Approved and Marked as Awarded and remove the complete date). Then add the date for SMC for Scout rank. Then re-check Approved/Awarded and set the date back to when it was earned in 2024. Only then could I set the SMC date for Tenderfoot.
This is a known issue.
