Is there any way to pull the advancement record of a former scout? We had a scout who transferred to a new troop. His scoutbook account/record didn’t transfer over. He asked me (a leader in the old troop) for his record, but I don’t have access to it since he isn’t on our roster anymore. Is there anything we can do to access his old account?
An Admin can go to My Dashboard - Reports . History report - and get it with BSA # and Last Name
Or if you post BSA # we might be able to fix it for the Scout
