Advancement in SB after leaving troop

Hi - thanks in advance for your help.

I received a message from a parent of a former scout in our troop who recently transferred out of district/council. According to the parent, he can see his scout’s leadership positions but not his advancement.

We no longer see this scout at all on our roster. How can I help this parent get the advancement records from Scoutbook we previously had?

When you go to:

My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections

Do you see the Scout’s name listed there? If so, then you should be able to click on the Scout’s name, click on the [Scout]'s Membership, and then temporarily add the Scout back to your troop.

No advancement will show if they don’t have any current memberships.
