Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I am trying to generate an Advancement Report to send to our Scout Shop for awards, when I generate the report, the only adventures that are on it are my own kids. There are 105 awards that need to be bought, and only the five that she has earned is populating on the form.
The PO order, however, is generating all of the awards.
I have double-checked that I am working under Pack Admin.
A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.
I am also experiencing this issue as of today. When I last ran an advancement report on 3/6, it was fine then.
Despite selecting All Scouts, I am only getting output for Tiger and Lion. I am the Unit Advancement Chair for my pack, as well as Assistant Den Leader for Lion and Tiger so I assume it’s not correctly applying my permission when running reporting though I am able to still record advancements normally. I designed and saved this Custom Advancement Report back in February and have made no changes to it.
