Advancement report not generating

I am the Advancement Chair for my troop. I created a new PO, printed it, and then tried to create the advancement report. It opens a new tab and displays “generating report,” but the page remains blank. The “generating report” disappears, then shows a blank page. I need this to buy the rank and merit badges for Monday. Any suggestions?

@RaymondMiller2 you are not the UAC in T312 - you are a Committee member. If they want you to be UAC then they need to give you that Functional Position in SB+ or my.scouting.org.

A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. It shows me as UAC next to my name under positions in Scoutbook. It shows 2 positions, committee and UAC. I have had these permissions for 5 years. What does the scoutmaster need to add for permissions? Reports?

That UAC position is an old Fake Legacy SB position. Look at my.scouting.org > My Profile - those are your real registrations.

Unit would need to give you the permissions they want you to do is the easiest answer - as all units use UAC differently.
