Advancement Report Only shows my scout

I’m the advancement chair and a troop admin. I was able to complete the PO and it shows all of the scouts advancements that have been earned but when I generate the troop advancement report, it only shows my scout. I searched the forums but it looks like it goes beyond a permission setting.

my ID is 133437917

@TrentWhite where are you accessing the Advancement Report? under To Purchase? In Quick Reports?

@TrentWhite also you are not the advancement chair - you might have been in Legacy but that is not a real position - if you unit wants you to be a Key 3 needs to make you it in SB+ Permission Manager or my.scouting.org roster.

Also legacy admin position no longer mean anything

yes. I click on the PO number and then hit the Advancement Report button

So key 3 are the only ones that can run an advancement report? How many key 3 can you have?

@TrentWhite - no .. A key 3 would need to grant you the permissions and role.

A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.

So is the ability to produce the advancement report a permission that can be given? If so, what do they have to give me to grant that?

@TrentWhite - I posted the information you need to provide to your key 3 to make the updates.. it is my post above yours

@TrentWhite I think you should be able to already - I am looking at it

I just tried again and all I see is my son.

I show everyone on the PO but the advancement report still just shows my son.

@TrentWhite DEVs ask for you to try again

Still just my son showing.

Maybe clear cache and try again? I wonder if SB+ is caching some access state that needs to be refreshed.

Cleared cache and tried 2 browsers. Still just my son.
