I tried using https://advancements.scouting.org/, but at the bottom of the Advancement Report, it says: We are in the process of migrating the advancement report/PO process from Scoutbook to Scoutbook Plus. During this migration, please go to http://scoutbook.scouting.org.
@WallisLarkins It looks like your troop just added your Unit Advancement Chair functional role at my.Scouting today. You will need to wait for an overnight process to run and you should be able to access the reports tomorrow.
Alternatively, you can ask your troop to restore your Troop Admin role in Scoutbook, and it should be immediately effective.
OK thanks for the information. Indeed my credentials as advancement chair were accidentally removed by some recent troop maintenance. After that was restored, it worked.
It may be good give result feedback when failed reports occur. A message saying, “You don’t have account permissions to generate an advancement report” would be better than it silently failing and navigating to my dashboard.
