This was reported in a post on Aug 23 and STILL remains unresolved.
In my.scouting, select the Greater Colorado Council, Select the Centennial district, select Rooster, and then reports. Then select the Scouts BSA Advancement Report, if you compare the results from this report to the unit advancement report in Commissioner Tools the number of advancements and number of merit badges do not match. If there is one database for scout advancement data then there is a coding error in my.scouting that needs to be corrected. My bet is this issue will also get automatically closed again without any results, any takers?
The my.scouting team only takes bug reports/change requests from the council professional staff. Nobody on the groups here can submit one. I’m still not clear why these subgroups exist since that’s the case, but they do.
Ask one of your council staff to submit a MemberCare ticket to national to fix the issue. It’s a slow process, but it’s the only one that exists for issues with my.scouting.
