Advancement Report with Date of Advancement

Is there a way to pull a report showing the dates of the most recent advancement? I know how to get a report with current rank. I want the date they achieved that rank as well.

You can create a report in Scoutbook using Report Builder.

When you create the report, select the Scouts that you want to include, then under Settings select:

  • Show Current Rank
  • Show Current Rank Date

You can select other options as desired, such as:

  • Abbreviate Last Names
  • Show AgeAuto-Select New Scouts According to “All” Checkboxes
