We are struggling with this error for all of our roster. How can I fix the advancement synch error and get back to updating our scouts progress in scout book?
@ThomasGlave @CharlesOsborne This is due to a known bug with the membership sync.
If you are still having the issue, please ask your local council to submit a help ticket to National.
We are seeing the Advancement sync error for a few of our Scouts despite the re-charter. I am unable to enter advancement information for these Scouts as a result. I tried unchecking/re-checking the ‘Approved’ button in their Membership and submitting, but this doesn’t seem to have any effect. List of affected Scout IDs below:

We are have the Advancement sync error for a few Scouts after the re-charter. I am having problems entering advancements and their positions are being removed “date ended by SP, after a 3 month lapse.” I have contacted council and they submitted a ticket to National and the issue should be resolved…it is not.

These should be fixed. You may need to reset the Scout’s patrols and/or leadership position. I have asked the developers to investigate why this happened.

I am again having the same issue with these 3 scouts and not being connected, I added the position and it is removed again.

Today’s update restored the Scouts and they should not be removed again.
