I can’t get the advancement report or purchase order to send to Scout shop for my order
@RichardWarren need some more details - Are the Items Approved? Did you go to Legacy Needs Awarding Report? Are you sure you did not mark them Awarded?
Ok I see what I did. I marked them awarded. Is there a way to change that
Go into every item and unclick Awarded

If you’re not 100% sure what got marked Awarded in error, you can run an Audit Log Report from the unit reports dialogue in Classic Scoutbook and set it to limit the date to a day before the erroneous entry. Then you should have a list of everything marked Awarded in error. Not that I have a lot of personal experience with such entry errors, of course.
