Akela repeatedly ends membership

Katelyn Nowak, MID 137081567, is in Crew 505 as VP, was a youth member. No longer shows in Scoutbook Plus. In VST, I see Akela ends her membership. She was primary in a troop, multipled in the crew. When she turned 18, her registration was changed from primary in Troop to Primary in Crew. We have found another Scout, as well. Holden Crouthamel, MID 134950868. Let me know if you need to see their screens in VST for membership from Scoutbook. ALSO - submitted a ticket

I have asked the developers to investigate but the one thing I see that looks strange is she still has IsCurrent set to YES on the youth membership in the crew that expired 6/30/24. I wonder if this is conflicting with the Venturing Participant position that expires 12/31/24.

we are baffled as well. On the roster it shows both.

The developers found an issue causing the Venturing Participant position to be ended. The position has been restored and the code is being updated so that Scouts who transition from Venturing Member (< 18) to Venturing Participant (18-20) do not have the same issue.

Thanks Ed. We just checked, and on both in VST Scoutbook, look ok. as of 11 am Eastern
BUT when I look in Scoutbook Plus unit roster, they show up, but expired, and with expiration date.
Should I just wait 24 hrs? I can send you current screen shot from Scoutbook plus unit page.

Checked today on the off chance the 60 day lapse would square things away. MID 134950868 shows in SB plus roster with expiration date of 5/31 still.
MID 137081567 still shows expiration date of 6/30. Both in My.Scouting.org show current until 12/31.
