We moved from MA to MS. I was able to change our council/pack/den info. Paying dues to the new pack. Scoutbook was working fine. Then all my son’s info was gone and it appeared we hadn’t paid dues and he was no longer a member. This is very troubling. Will the info be restored or is it gone forever?
Your Scout was assigned a new BSA Member ID (MID) when you moved. The data is still there, we just need to get the correct MID on the account. I’ll look into it for you.

This happened to us as well - moved from overseas unit to unit in OH and my AOL Webelo’s info is gone. We are trying to see all his electives for his arrow now and I have nothing to go on. Please help. Thanks! Megan

Tiger through Webelos. We are military so have moved a couple times during his scout career. So, there may be a couple previous BSA numbers.
I think you are not seeing it cause he is not in a den in scoutbook
our new pack uses TroopTrack - is there a way to connect him to the pack in Scoutbook?

- One of our Scouts was suddenly not showing his BSA ID in our troop rooster so we cannot add or connect him and the scout also said all his previous input data had disappeared. May I know why and how to solve this problem? The scout informed that his record was shown just a few weeks ago but something changed after Jan 1, 2022.

- One of the Adult’s names (one of our Assistant Scoutmaster) is wrong with First and Last names mixed up.
The Adult’s BSA ID #: 13722969
the Adult’s CORRECT NAME: Man Shing, LI (LI is the last name) but now in the record, it shows Li is the first name and Shing is the last name which is wrong.
His son’s BSA ID# 137158135
His son’s name: Moses Hong Ching Li.
Can you please understand the case and solve the problem for us ?
