Scouts disappeared

This summer we moved from the Transatlantic Council to the National Capital Area Council. I was connected with my scouts and all their information was correct. However, recently I was disconnected from them. Also my photo disappeared. My new troop info is correct.

We got new BSA ID numbers when we moved and I don’t know what they are. The troop lists one son as 135686595, but when I put that number in with my son’s name and birthdate, the system doesn’t find him. The troop doesn’t have a number for my other son.

Can you help me fix it?

I found your accounts. I will merge them so that all of the data is on a single Scoutbook account for each of you. I’ll let you know when this is finished.

I merged your accounts, the accounts for both of your sons and their mother.

Thanks! The only other problem I see is that my son William is listed as an Eagle Scout (since 1964)!

@BruceBehrens Not sure how that happened, but you will have to ask your council’s Registrar to remove it.
