Allow filters on Need Approval report page. So you can filter by activity type Rank Advancement vs Merit Badge vs Awards. This will allow large troops who have delegated merit Badge Coordination and Advancement to view and Approve Merit Badges and also allow other leaders to approve their type activity Namely Awards, Rank Advancements and merit Badges
