I would like to be able to have a calendar for my Philmont crew just as there are patrol calendars. However my Philmont crew members are spread out among different patrols. I would like them to be in their respective patrol as well as in a Philmont crew “patrol” any way to make this happen?
@JasonButler - you could just create events for that patrol then in the add individuals you can select those who are a part of the contingent and additionally they can subscribe to that calendar URL.
Did you try? This worked a month or two back.
I can add another patrol on the roster but when I go to add an event for the Philmont “patrol” and select the add all under the sub units it is empty even though it shows up on the roster.
@JasonButler - you will need to use add individuals

@JasonButler - additionally, if you keep the unit along with the sub-unit you will be able to choose via add individual the adults and youth specific to that event
