The first time logging in to scoutbook.com on any given day never works. I always have to do it a 2nd time. I have tried this on both Chrome and Edge. I recall seeing something about clearing the browser cache, but honestly, I should not have to go out of my way to login to this site. No other site has this problem. Please fix.

This is a known problem. The developers have been investigating but have not yet found the root cause.
Until they find the root cause, try re-loading the login page 1-2 times before you input your username and password.
I can’t speak for anyone else, but that recaptcha nonsense has started me doubting the existence of a kind and merciful God. It has taken me four and five attempts on nearly every login attempt.
Recaptcha is bypassed if you setup your account to use your Apple or Google ID
