I recently transferred in a Scout from another council. His number there was 122504140. My council gave him a new number 14259366. It was explained to me that ID numbers cannot transfer between councils. I would like to merge the two accounts making sure he doesn’t lose any progress from his old unit. His current membership is under the second number. Thanks.
