This is the message I always got when I log in to scoutbook. My son has been transferred to new troop last year, not sure if that is the case. Is there anyway to clear it out? Thanks!
My current BSA ID is #14605530. Old one shown is #134129941

@CareyHuang this is fixed
I received a new member # 136283077 when I joined again. My original is 134853068. Scoutbook will not let me use my keys to view anything. My account keeps warning me that I have not logged in and that there are duplicate accounts for the email listed. Who can help me?
I’m registered as the Cubmaster and I should have full controls.
@NielPeltier the 3068 is your cubmaster one - I setup a sync that should fix things this evening - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
Thank you. I’ll make sure they connect me.
Yeah it looks like you have 2 on one and 2 on the other - a managed the 2 MIDs (BSA#) you can log in to my.scouting.org with the same sign in as scoutbook and see them under manage Member ID
Thank you so much! It works perfectly now.
I am having the same issue. I have actually been experiencing this for more than a year but I just let it go. I also noticed that in the account I am using, I have no connections to either of my two scouts so I was never able to RSVP for events for them.
One of my boys crossed over to our Boy Scout troop over the summer. I am receiving emails from the troop but have no ability to see any of the events when I’m logged in. The member ID associated with the account I’m logged into is: 13531078
@FrancescfaMullany that is all fixed
